Aren’t we all looking for the perfect body? The model of the perfect human being, that we see in all the magazines and TV ads. The possibility of having that perceived perfect body is not realistic for most of us. But, with so much advertising about the 15 minute abs, we find ourselves thinking we can achieve perfect abs in just a few weeks. What the advertisers don’t tell you is that you also need a balanced diet to go along with your exercise routine.
The advertisers are hoping we have complexes about our current look and thrive to look like the actors and models we see each and every day. That way they can sell us on the 15 minute abs claim. What they don’t tell you is that, like anything else, it takes time to get results. Most of the people we see with the so-called perfect bodies didn’t get those looks without working at it. Keep in mind that the actors and models that we admire have personal trainers, chefs, etc. to make sure they don’t miss any workouts and eat only the proper foods to keep their fitness level at its peak.
Let’s look at the exercise equipment on the market today. When these machines are being advertised, there usually is no mention of eating habits and how these habits will affect your success. We are all capable of getting 15 minute abs if you realistically look at the whole picture. There are exercises, watching what we eat and amount of time we will need to get the results we are looking for.
Just remember, if you do the proper exercises and incorporate a healthy lifestyle into your regular workouts, you will see that 15 minute abs are achievable. But, no one is perfect. If you give it your all and give your exercise program time to make a difference in the way you look, you will find that you get more hyped every day to continue with your exercise program. Go ahead, do the 15 minute abs workout, just remember to incorporate them into a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Most people will do whatever it takes to achieve what is perceived to be the perfect figure. Unfortunately, though, achieving the perfect figure is not a possibility for most yet we still fall pretty to advertisements claiming to having revolutionized abdominal workouts. We continue to believe that such claims are true when they tell us that we can achieve perfect abs in only a few short weeks.
With so much advertising on TV and in magazines, it should come as no surprise that so many have self-imagine issues or inferiority complexes about our bodies. Regardless of whether or not we are generally in good shape, we are most likely unhappy with ourselves so long as we do not look like the airbrushed models on magazine covers or gracing the runway. For this reason, we come across so much advertising for 15-minute abs and our negative perception of ourselves is what actually sells it.
Perhaps such workouts do work, but what many do not realize is that these claims also require that you maintain a healthy diet and some type of full body workout to supplement the abs workout. With that, you may in fact be able to achieve the perfect abs after some point but this is often coincidentally left out of the advertisements.
The same is true for many of the exercise machines on the market. If you read the fine print, you will see that it states that the 15-minute workout will produce the results claimed only by adding a healthy, balanced diet and an additional full body workout.
Falling to the temptation of these miracle products and claims will do you little good in and of itself, the brief 15 minutes advertised. But, you can get 15-minute abs if you take some time to research and find out how exactly. It will take more than simply handing over your credit card information to make a purchase.
You may find that 15-minute abs are, in fact, attainable if you combine the exercises in the magazine with an overall healthy diet and a consistent workout. The point is to go ahead and do the 15-minute abs workout advertised, but do so by incorporating it into a lifestyle that is generally much healthier and physically active.
The next time you spend the $5.00 on a magazine promising the perfect abs in 15 minutes, think twice. The next time you sit and watch an infomercial at two in the morning claiming that the state of the art machine will give you perfect abs in 15 minutes, think again. Go ahead and work your abs for 15 minutes, but follow it up by a consistent workout and healthy diet. With this, you will achieve a toned body and the 15-minutes abs you want!
